• On your day of arrival the rooms can be moved into by 3 p.m.
• On your day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m.
• Dogs: are welcome, Euro 6 per day (food not included) 
• Short stay: Up to 4 days 10% surcharge on daily price
• Surcharge for single use of double room: + 50% of daily price

More arrangements: 

• With overnight stay / breakfast buffet - (without afternoon buffet) reduction of EUR 7 per person and day / children corresponding their reduction
• Full board: Surcharge of EUR 13 per person and day on daily price overleaf mentioned

Terms of cancellation

Up to 14 days before the beginning of your vacation: no charge. When cancelling within 14 days before the beginning of your vacation we charge 3 days. When arriving be latedly or leaving prematurely we charge the booked number of days.

Terms of payment

On the day of departure the very latest, the total of the hotel bill must be paid

• cash in Euro
• by credit card (Master, Visa)
• by EC-card with pin-code (note the limit)
