• Rates do not include local tax of EURO 4.80 per night per adult (from the age of 15).

Discounts for children:

• Children's rates apply when accompanied by two full-paying persons in the room.

• We can provide cots and high-chairs to families free of charge.

• Each of our 45 rooms on three floors include the following useful amenities: telephone, radio, satellite television, hairdryer, bathrobes, bathroom including either a bath tub or shower and a lavatory.
• Size and location of the rooms depend on the room category.
• The room categories "Serles","Sonnenstein", "Kirchdach", and "Zuckerhütl" include balconies with views of the Stubai Alps.

Cancellation fees:

• There are no cancellation fees up to 30 days before arrival.
• From 29 days before arrival, cancellation costs amount to the deposit paid. In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the booked stay.
• We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. You are welcome to take advantage of European travel insurance when booking on our website - so you are completely protected and covered. Simply add it before completing your booking.

Payment terms:

• The hotel bill must be paid in cash in euros, by EC card with a pin code (note limit) or by credit card (Master, Visa) no later than on the day of departure.
• The general terms and conditions of the Austrian hotel industry apply.
